Effective September 12, 2026. These terms cover the website at foreshadowhq.com and the Foreshadow early access program.

What Foreshadow is right now

Foreshadow is software in active development, being built and tested with real contractors. Joining the early access list gets you an email when access opens. It does not create a purchase, a subscription or any obligation on either side.

Previews are visualizations

Images produced by Foreshadow are previews generated from measured designs and real photographs. They are labeled as previews and are illustrations of a proposed job, not a guarantee of the finished appearance. Measurements described as estimates carry stated ranges until verified on site.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe our infrastructure, or submit forms with content you do not have the right to send. We may remove any submission.

No warranty

The website and early access materials are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Foreshadow is not liable for damages arising from use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
